This morning I went to walk my dog at five o’clock and the streets were so heavy with fog and silence. It was beautiful & icy, and so silent I felt as if I were in the middle of a forest, I could feel it on my skin. It was the silence that could drive a person into madness if they weren’t careful. And then of course a parade of noisy cars had to come and I actually said to my dog...
